I am a music lover and I buy music albums of my favorite bands often but we all know that not every number in the album is worth listening to. My list of favorites includes a number of bands and though I love most of them I don’t like EVERY song of these bands. There are specific album numbers which made a lasting influence on me and which I would love to listen to again and again. Whenever I insert these albums into my stereo system I had to skip many songs before reaching to my favorite tune and believe me, it’s so darn annoying. So, I thought why not create a self-made album which would contain only my favorite music from bands I love the most. I went to my ultimate source of information – The Internet, to learn what it takes to burn music to blank Cd-ROM. I collected my ammunitions and followed this step-by-step guide:

1. Open the Windows Media Player. (You can easily download Windows Media Player from internet. Download Media Player10).
2. Add songs in the music library to make list.
3. Now go to ‘Library’ section in Windows Media Player and select the list which you just saved in the library.
4. Click Burn List.
5. Insert a blank CD in the CD-ROM and then click the Star Burn arrow and select Audio CD.
6. Click on Start Burn to start the process. You can see the progress as the songs are burned.

Important, while you are burning:
Avoid doing any other activity on Media Player while burning the songs on the CD as the play back music may affect the songs being burned on the CD.

Once you are finished burning:
Once you are finished burning the songs on the CD you cannot burn anything again on this CD. However, if you have a rewriteable CD (CD-RW) you can remove the previously burned data and can burn new songs again on the same CD-RW.
